and subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the following terms.


1. Service Description
Milan Templates is a subscription-based digital design library.
Members get access to downloadable PNG/ZIP design files for personal
and commercial sublimation use (tumblers, mugs, t-shirts, etc.).


2. Subscription Plans
- We offer three annual plans with different content access levels.
- Payments are processed through Stripe.
- Monthly plans are billed for 12 months and cancel automatically after the 12th payment.
- One-time payments grant access for 365 days from the date of purchase.


3. Downloads & Usage
- Members may download up to 15 files per day.
- All designs are for personal and small business commercial use.
- You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the original design files.
- You may NOT share your account or login credentials with others.


4. Refund Policy
- Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued after files have been downloaded.
- If you experience technical issues, contact us and we will resolve them.


5. Account Access
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Abusive download behavior or account sharing may result in immediate termination.


6. Intellectual Property
- All designs remain the property of Milan Templates.
- Your subscription grants a license to use the designs, not ownership.
- You may use designs on physical products you create and sell.
- You may NOT claim the designs as your own original work.


7. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account management portal.
- After cancellation, access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds for unused time.


8. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms at any time.
- Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
